Our Technical Support Staff is available to help and answer all your questions over the phone for free. They will even help you setup your email on your mail application
(Ex: Outlook, Incredimail) if you need assistance.
What about my emails security?
Our Hosting center is located outside the country and managed by British Technical Support Personnel that knows nothing about customers. They only know about customer account #. Our front offices Technical Support who answer your requirements don't have access on the servers so your data can not be viewed by any body that can benefit from it.
Do you provide Database Hosting?
Yes, Softex provides SQL Server 2005 Database Hosting services even if you don't have a domain hosted with us. We even provide a dedicated real IP for your Database to work on.
What about backup for Database Hosting?
We provide daily backup for all of our Databases and we keep backups of 3 days. If the customer requires a hard backup upon Monthly / Yearly basis, Softex can provide a DVD backup to your doorstep for a small fees.
