Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers

Functions and activities of this position include:
1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4. Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries and handling any client issues related to deals in hand;
5. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
6. Gathering market and customer information;
7. representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events
8. advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
9. creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
10. recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, and entering into a computer system;
11. making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
12. Keep up to date with product developments

SKILLS
• Possess time and project management capabilities
• Be able to do extremely well at internet usage
• Computer literate
• Preferably have quality customer service expertise
• Preferably have expertise in sales
• Have Eagerness to learn
• Have good English
