How to determine any screen size with a standard ruler ?
hello everybody,
We know all that 17" LCD is larger than 15" LCD screen, right ?
but how do you know the size of 17" LCD is really of size 17" ?
What if you found a screen and you need to make sure what is the exact Size for this screen, you have your ruler but you do not know how to measure it , the important question most people do not know is how to measure the screen size.
First of all you need to know that screens are usually measured in inches, every Inch = 2.54 cm.
Now check the below image and you will know what to measure exactly
Just measure the diagonal with your ruler, convert it to Inches and you should have the exact size of the screen.
if you are lazy and you need an instant converter to convert your measurements from cm to Inches, check Google converter for free here : https://www.google.com.eg/search?q=cm%20to%20inch
we hope this is useful , Enjoy
