How to share a location on Google Maps and obtain Map Link

Hello everybody,
we all know Google maps, but sometime after you find a specific location you just need to convert this location into a link so that you can send it by email or even send it to yourself on your mobile phone, since many of our customers asked us how to do this to embed the map links in their websites and software systems, we decided to create a small guide for everybody to use.
