About this app

MC Approvals is the Approval Portal of Softex Market Control. It connects directly to all the workflows of the system's documents — inventory documents (issue, receipt, transfer) and financial documents (vouchers, cash payments, purchase orders) — so every request that needs your decision reaches you in one place.

Before deciding, you can view the full document details and attachments (Document Preview), then approve or reject it. Live push notifications alert you as soon as a new request needs your approval, and a complete audit trail tracks the path and history of every approval, with its timeline and recorded remarks.

It works as a mobile app and as a web/desktop app, so you can track your approvals and decide from any device, at any time. Users sign in with their Market Control company details — server location and database — together with their Market Control user name and password. Market Control checks these details, and the portal never stores your password.

The interface fully supports Arabic and English, with a switch between dark mode and light mode.
