MC Sales Online Mobile App is a part of our main solution, the Market Control Online ERP & CRM system. It is a simple and easy-to-use mobile application for managing all touchpoints with prospects or customers throughout the sales process.

Powered by Softex Software House to help both B2B / B2C businesses running distribution networks to best manage their sales and collection process, the app provides sales representatives, the collection team and sales managers with direct access to customer information from their mobile devices, from anywhere and anytime.

With cloud linkage to the Market Control ERP, sales representatives and account managers can do customer-related functions from their own mobiles — such as issuing sales vouchers and sales-return vouchers, viewing client sales history, statements and due balances, checking product availability and prices live, and sharing all information with the customer, management and other team members.

In the field, the app records customer collections, reports customer debts and overdue invoices, tracks the sales representative's route by GPS — capturing the location with every invoice — prints directly to 8 cm thermal or A4 printers, and shares invoices and reports instantly via WhatsApp and email.
